The AirSoft BB Guns sold by this site are not toys. They can be Dangerous!

Always wear eye protection when operating these guns. The BBs can go through an aluminum can at point blank range, and WILL penetrate your skin and other parts of your body.

It is ILLEGAL to sell these guns to minors in most states. Check your local laws BEFORE you order anything from this site to make sure that what you are ordering will not get you arrested. All warranties are VOID if what you are doing is illegal.

Long Island Airsoft Inc, it's employees, owners, or anyone else affiliated with the company, will not be responsible, either legally or morally, for your actions in regards to the products we sell!!!!!

Federal law states that any use of a ?look-alike? toy/BB gun in a crime carries the full penalties just as if it were a real weapon. Most people cannot tell the difference between AirSoft model and the real thing, so treat them as if they were the real thing. If it is illegal for you to do something with the real weapon, then it will probably be illegal for you to do it with an AirSoft model. The police will not hesitate to shoot you if you are waving one of these things around in a threatening manner. Use your brain when it comes to operating your new gun.

Do NOT remove the orange markings on your weapon! Federal Law requires that the weapons be marked in the manner in which you will receive them from us. Removing this marking is not only illegal, but WILL VOID THE WARRANTY and our return policies. Long Island Airsoft Inc, it's employees, owners, or anyone else affiliated with the company, will not be responsible for any injuries or property damage resulting from defects in the products we sell that are a result of the material or assembly practices used by the manufacturer, except to the extent of our return policy.

We will do our best to get you the items you have ordered, but cannot be responsible for over-zealous customs agents or other government officials. If something happens to your shipment and we get the merchandise back, we will refund your money minus the shipping costs and credit card fees. The only exception to this is if the transaction is fraudulent in the first place. Do not expect us to give you back someone else's money. If the shipment is confiscated or destroyed, so is your money. Please make sure you are aware of the local regulations before you order something. It is in your best interest to do so.
